Have lived here for over twenty years and have been very happy living here. The manager is very helpful.

can't imagine living anywhere else, they work with you when times get tough. I'm not a yard work guy but they do it for you for a small cost because they want this place to be beautiful. Let's face it I'm not a millionaire, hell not even a thousandaire but this place makes you hold up to those standards and that's (more importantly works with you to get there) extremely rare......bottom line I love this place

Safe neighborhood never had anything stolen since I've been living here
